OS & 3rd Party Patching
To be compliant with Cyber Liability Insurance you MUST ensure that all patches are installed within 2 weeks of release.
Remote Monitoring & Management
We configure strict policies within our RMM that apply to all supported devices. These policies ensure that all Approved Apps and Operating Systems are update within 2 weeks of release. Devices that fall out of compliance are flagged within our system to be updated manually.
Cyber Security Awareness
To be compliant with most Cyber Liability Insurance Policies and various compliance standards you need to be able to demonstrate that you are providing awareness training to all staff.
Cyber Security Awareness Training
We provide training through online learning resources and Simulated Phishing Campaigns. This training is documented and can provide a full audit trail of all training completed by all employees. Ensuring that you can demonstrate compliance if ever it is required.
Multi-Factor Authentication
If you are not already using MFA, you should be. It is a requirement for Cyber Essentials that all Cloud Apps/Portals are protected by MFA. If you are allowing your staff to store MFA codes for corporate business tools in their personal MFA apps, you run the risk of not locking them out of everything when they are no longer an employee.
Multi-Factor Authentication
We use a corporate MFA Tool and strongly recommend using MFA for Windows Login too. By using MFA to sign into your devices we can create a single sign on environment helping you to secure your users without the need for them to sign into every portal separately and several times a day. With Single Sign on you sign in once and that same account applies to all logins.
