After 15 years supporting business IT in the form of Likin'IT!.. We are now Cyber Chameleon.
Likin'IT!.. was born out of a desire to provide better, proactive (rather than the usual reactive) support services with a personal approach to everything we do. We have always strived to look after our customers systems as if they are our own. And for many of our customers this has been for a very long period of time.
Over this time we have seen a lot of changes in the tech industry and how services are delivered.
As tech has changed, our work habits have changed, and the way we store and process data has changed. With these changes comes convenience. But that isn't just convenience for your workforce, there is also convenience for the criminals.
Since 2019 we've been evolving, we have up-skilled in Cyber Security Best Practices, we have invested heavily in the right tools, and we continue to work closely with the right corporate providers to ensure that we are analysing trends before they even hit the UK SME space.
Just like a Chameleon we have adapted to the NEW tech landscape, we specialise in protecting you, your tech, your workforce and your data.
Now we are Cyber Chameleon - We still do everything we did before. But with better processes, policies and partners in place we have adapted to change, we offer a better service and we have our 'A-Eye' on absolutely everything.
Business Is Changing
Business is changing, the way we work has changed and we are becoming more technologically dependent.
Hybrid working means we have the flexibility to work from anywhere, we are no longer tied to offices and can log in from anywhere and at anytime if required. This increases the risk of secure connections and devices.
AI productivity tools are making our lives easier - we can automate a load of tasks - reports writing, everyday scans and reporting even transcribing meetings with summary and action points!

Apart from being a Technical and Cyber Wizz, Carl is also a 'Wizz' at magic tricks, he can make coins dissapear and cards appear from nowhere!
Ops & Service Delivery
Shun does everything that Carl doesn't, including making the tea! Shun has also picked an extraordinary amount of cards for Carl's magic tricks.

Carlos likes catching and eating bugs and changing colours according to his mood. Carlos is an actual chameleon, what did you expect?
Timeline
A brief history from Likin'IT! to Cyber Chameleon...
1976
Carl is born and family moves to North Wales.
1993
Leaves school and starts an Engineering Apprenticeship.
1994
Unfortunately Engineering firm goes into liquidation.
1995
Whilst looking for a new company taking on Engineering apprentices, has various roles include Hazard sign putter-upperer.
1996
Moves from sleepy North Wales to the Manchester in search of other opportunities.
1998
First IT role selling IT services and discovered a hidden calling! Started night time college courses in the area of IT Support.
2000
Started as Helpdesk 1st line at busy Central Manchester IT Support Company.
2000 - 2010
Works upwards to run the Helpdesk and Senior Project Lead.
2010
Decided to go it alone and - Likin'IT! was born.
2010 - 2015
Likin'IT! grows from strength to strength with a lot of hard work and blood, sweat and tears.
2016
Moves into new offices! 1 person band becomes 2, 3 and 4 people!
2019
Carl started going down the Cyber Security route - completes various certification in this sector to enhance his knowledge.
2021 - 2022
Carl formulates the beginning of a Business Reset and Transformation Project - from 'not just IT Support' but Managed Services and Cyber Security.
2023 - 2024
Carl works hard on designing, sourcing and testing the right stack and tools.
2024 - Present
Reset and Transformation is complete - and we now say a fond farewell to Likin'IT! And we welcome in Cyber Chameleon!
